Definitely takes some getting used to but is really good as can use with both hands.

It is more comfortable than using a regular mouse. However the depth of the supportive hand rest means that my hands are quite far from the key board. I would prefer the rollerbar to be smaller, or perhaps intergrated below the copy and paste etc controls. My fingers are having to reach so far to the keyboard that the only way to type efficiently is to have my hands elevated off the wrist support, to the point where they are not touching the wrist support at all - which defeats the purpose of it. It feels this this has been designed to make the controls for a mouse more efficient, which it does achieve. But the integration of this with a keyboard and the need to type has not been properly considered. Basically, it could do with being at least an inch and, more preferably, two inches narrower in terms of depth. The length is fine. I would not choose this again for this reason. It may suit a man better than a woman, if they have larger hands. For my hand size, it is just a bit too big. Thank you.

I had difficulty holding a mouse due to problems with my thumb. The Rollermouse Pro was recommended by Posturite as an alternative to a "gripped mouse". It took a coupe of days to get used to it but I absolutely love my Rollermouse, it has relived the daily pain I felt using a traditional mouse. The only downside is the price!

it might seem expensive but not having to grip a mouse is absolute bliss if you have an arthritic wrist. Use it two handed and you can go faster than with a mouse!
