These are a replacement for some others that decided to stop connecting despite numerous attempts to resolve, even though it is a 1 button system and should be easily resolved, it wasn't, so unsure what the issue was all of a sudden. But when they work they are great.

I am unable to rate this product as it has not been delivered to me. It is lost in the postal system somewhere .
