The mouse really helps with my arm problems, helping to avoid the twisting which makes symptoms flare up. It is a little on the expensive side but worth the money for the relief given.

Couldn't get on with it at first and had to revert back to the normal mouse. However, went back to the vertical mouse as my shoulder started to really hurt. Now I'm getting used to it. Would be a whole lot better if it was wireless (the wire catches on the edge of the keyboard and is difficult to manoeuvre).

Posture wise this is great, but the addition of the third button which closes tabs is not and has resulted in a number of inadvertent closures. I have been unable to reconfigure the button in settings either.
