The Mouse is very large in the hand and as such i cannot easily "reach" the lower (left click) mouse button with my middle finger. With carpal tunnel the use of the 4th digit is painful, therefore the unit becomes uncomfortable to manouvre. It's too wide and tall for little hands and a bit too fancy for it's own good. Simple is better.

The mouse is easy to use, and comfortable. I like the functionality and versatility of the product. All that lets it down is the size, as having small hands, if there was an option for a smaller size, that would have been better.

Brilliant mouse, love the versatility of being able to change the function of the buttons to suit my needs and hand position. No aches or pains using this mouse and very smooth operation.

The product seems to be good quality but i haven't been using it for very long so can't be sure on that aspect. It's very bulky compared to others I've used and very expensive but to be fair they haven't lasted that long so hopefully the price will make the difference there.

Whilst the product is good in terms of resting my wrist following repetitive tendon strain it is quite hard get to grips with as oppose to a regular mouse.

Good quality mouse,only had for two weeks and my arm pain is much better

Fits well in the hand, easy to use and genuinely releaves wrist and arm strain, I docked a star because of the price, which seems excessive, the lack of a re-chargeable option for the wireless version and the everso slightly awkward to use scrollwheel.

Evoluent are the only ergonomic mouse to use, its so comfortable and puts your hand in the correct position especially with the thumb rest - the only thing I would like is for it to be wireless - having emailed Evoluent evidently Left Handers are out of luck with wireless yet they have heaps of Right Handed wireless mouse
