Not sure how helpful the middle button is (I'm used to 2 button mice), but I'm sure I'll get used it. The vertical mouse position seems much more comfortable than a traditional mouse.

Large and take sometime to become accustomed to it - very exact initially so had to change the settings to slow it down and make it less precise - finally getting used to it - does offer alternative positioning of my hand but not sure it lifts my wrist off the worksurface enough
