This is a replacement for my old Evoluent Vertical mouse. I have rheumatoid arthritis and this mouse if absolutely brilliant because it keeps my wrist and hand joints in natural alignment, thus reducing pain. And I love the added buttons, allowing me to do more things with just the click of a mouse. I can't remember how long I've had the old one. It's been years and years and years. In all that time, I never went anywhere without it, but never bought a proper case for it because they're too expensive. Unfortunately, a recent road trip around Australia where it got packed, unpacked and repacked over and over again finished off the old one and it started malfunctioning. Hence the replacement.
