It is a great mouse, although very expensive. But sorted out my painful elbow muscles.

Bought for my partner who has RSI issues. The mouse is really helping the RSI and his elbow is getting better (big tick). However the mouse is very heavy and getting precious movement in small increments is difficult , hence that's why it only gets 4/5. But on the whole lack of RSI is preferable to frustration in moving the mouse.
