They do not sit in the same position as the originals and do not adjust the way the originals do. I tried to return them, but an IT issue prevented the agent from generating a returns label. I called earlier and was told the item could not be returned because it is a bespoke-made product, which is not true. The chair itself offers good spinal support, which is why I use the brand, but the sales and customer service are atrocious. I would love to find a replacement brand or retailer of this brand.
