Not working , loses air . The customer service has not gotten back to me since i told them the issue with the the purchase.

I’ve tried to use your product but found it very difficult to get into the right position and very hard hard to get restraining strap to do up

I received my lumbar support and it doesnt work. The inflatable pump is blocked and doesnt work.

Great product,pricey but good. My previous one's valve screw broke a few years back and wouldn't stay inflated so this is my replacement.

it does the job but you have to keep adjusting it as it slides down the back of the chair as the velcro comes loose , would be ideal if it had two straps
