It's decent but I would say a little too expensive for what it is. Takes a little getting used to but useful that you can use it on any chair including whilst driving.

My lower back remains supported and upright when driving or at the theatre. Previously it collapsed down and I got very tired. Using The Back Friend to support my damaged spine I can travel without my back collapsing.

Great back support , puts you in a very good supported position . Sadly returned mine as it didn’t work for my osteoporotic spine but if I was stronger it would be excellent . Worked on numerous chairs and easy to fold and carry …just sorry it didn’t work for me !
