The Mousetrapper Delta is very good in that it removes the need for large wrist movements. However, the wrist rest is such that my wrist rests on the part of my wrist that hurts most.

Prevents me getting a sore wrist and shoulder from using a standard mouse. Easy and intuitive to use and has copy and past short cut keys which can be useful for preventing repetitive use of ctl+V ctrl+C key combinations that can trigger RSI

It's a very different concept from a traditional mouse, so using the roller to move around is taking some getting used to, but got this as need to avoid pressure through finger tips and this seems to work really well for that. I can use flat of my dominant hand on the roller ~(as i get more control), and then use the other hand to operate the buttons.
