Plush support which I've used from day one of receiving. Unsure if there is actually a little too much padding as wrists feel slightly higher position than I'd prefer them to be at present. After speaking with other colleagues they've advised to stick with it as the support does compress. Got to say it's lovely to rest wrists on, just not too sure of using when typing at the moment.
