Feels a bit of a cheap built for all the money we payed. They also put the brand exactly in the middle of the back padding, which can be annoying and uncomfortable. The frame is all plastic, even the legs... just can't believe it again for how much we payed.

Good chair in general. It would have been a great chair if the armrests could be adjusted inwards and outwards (left to right) and not just front to back to allow for better posture. Otherwise, the feature to adjust the sitting base incline which I haven't seen in many chairs is quite helpful and has allowed me get rid of my leg rest.

Quite possibly the easiest chair assembly I've ever had. The only issue I had was the sleeve that covers the piston that lifts the chair was not included (it was with my husband's chair). While that is purely cosmetic, I think overall, it's a great product!
