Now chair is great
This product is great. However the service from Posturite was terrible.

the product appears to be working fine at present, hard to review as 1st day using the chair after repair and I didn't see the part or have anything to do with fitting it. Have no idea of the cost but assume as it was under warranty there was no cost. The gentleman fitting the item was lovely and very efficient would give him 5 stars.
Does the purpose
Up to now it is working and keeping my seat in the position I prefer.
