Good quality/build, easy to assemble on my chair and comfortable for my lower back. I work as a counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice and therefore sit working with clients online and in person on my chair for approximately 5-6 hours daily. I have used this product for a few weeks and noticed my lower back is alot better. Thank you

I've only used the support for a short time, but it is very comfortable. So far, so good.

The shape is suitable to support the spine and the foam density is good. However, the elasticated strap which is used to fix it to the back rest of the chair is not strong enough to maintain a chosen height and hence it keeps slipping down. Tightening the elasticated strap does not prevent it slipping down.
