Excellent quality. It's a shame however that a 2/3" version is not available as that's what I probably need for an office chair. Which is what this was originally bought for. However I have found that the 4" roll works very well when I am sitting on the sofa - which comprises 3 vertical sections of cushions - the roll giving me the required S shape to my spine.

For the lower back support, I more prefer O-shape roll, which can give more support in lower position. It is ok in a little bit higher (middle back) position support.
