This cushion has been very beneficial for my lumbar back pain following a total knee replacement.The foam is very dense which could be too aggressive for some people, but I have not found this a problem. The cushion is smaller than I expected which isn’t a problem for me as I am a fairly small woman but might be for larger people or men. I shall use it a lot, especially on visits to the theatre!

Really low quality, the one in the picture looks plump and in a vibrant colour. What I got was a discoloured and cheap looking bag filled with foam. Does not fit my chair and the elastic is so thin and flimsy it can't hold the pillow steady. I have already discarded the packaging and can't return it so I'll give this to a charity shop.
