Does the job well but given I need it for back pain and general whole body chronic joint, muscle and nerve pain the sheer weight of it is a problem. It's very heavy. This wouldn't be a problem with people with a fixed desk however, but I have to hot desk and so collect and return to a locker every day I'm in the office.
