The VariDesk is very sturdy and is the same depth as my desk. Works as expected. You know when it locks into position by the noise it makes. The one thing I am not keen on is putting my hands through the holes to access the adjustment handles. I have a fear that I am going to trap my finger between this and the underside of the VariDesk. Only time will tell if it help with my shoulder/arm issues with being in a better position.

I have found better quality for cheaper. I paid £149.99 for a similar desk top converter for my home. it is not as wide but alot sturdier. it does what is its supposed to.

Having previously only being able to sit at my desk for long periods of time in the static position of sitting, I can whole heartedly say that life has gone. I have the flexibility to stand and move as and when requried while continuing to carry out my resonsibilites within the office environment.
