a good device to serve the purpose, it can help to raise the height of laptop, so sitting position is more suitable for long time work.

I tried so many times to get this laptop stand to work, watched a video on your website but still couldn't work it out as it didn't seem to be the same one as in the video. Asked others who couldn't fathom it out either. Very flimsy and not sure which bits to pull out, Instructions weren't clear. Eventually worked out that this may be for a laptop rather than the surface pro I have and I'm not sure if this is the right product. I wanted the keyboard to sit as is shown in your picture, as the camera is at the top and then it would be at eye level ,but the screen wouldn't then stay up. Could I send it back and get one that does work as I expected?
