The product itself was good, my issue is that the post did not come with it so i was unable to use it.I don't think it was specified that i needed the post as well.

It's just the laptop tray and not the arm or stand.

Was a little difficult to put together as the instructions were quite small but managed if after a couple of mistakes. Works really well to holder my laptop where I need it and is very sturdy.

Sturdy and well made with good thickness metal. Balancing a v expensive laptop I have trust in it Would be clearer to advertise this s as a package with the upright post and I see from the reviews others made the same mistake. The picture shows a complete unit. Improvement would be to allow the tray to be locked in position because of the weight it falls to the end of range of the ball joint Sturdy and doing the job intended and clearing up desk space
