I bought several times in this online shop. The prices are a bit higher than in the other online shop, where I also order sometimes. But the customer service is fantastic. I am being contacted on the phone every time, they run out of products or if the price has changed and offer either another product, similar to what I ordered, or to give money back.
The shipping is 9 euro to Denmark, and I am willing to pay it to get the products, I remember from my childhood 😊

The worst experience ever🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️! Wanted particular product, so all my parcel based on it, because I paid €19 delivery I pick some other small not significant items that normally I wouldn't even buy. Got really frustrated and upset when I open a parcel (that I was waiting for a month(!) because of other item wasnt in stock), and DIDNT FIND a product i was waiting for. They just simply canceled the product and put €5 on my account without asking me if I still want to go ahead with the rest of order. They charge me €1,95 for thermo pack that I didn't need, only because I've ordered a canned fish full of preservatives- canned stuff with potassium sorbate and benzoate natrium🙄 FFS.
Самый ужасный опыт покупки с вебсайта в Германии, очень долгая и дорогая доставка, отменили товар, на котором базировался весь мой заказ, то есть остальные товары были не особо нужны. Отменили не спросив хочу ли я получить свой заказ без этого товара. Больше не буду заказывать и знакомым не посоветую, лучше поищу на других сайтах. Ужасный сервис!

They are supposed to send you a return label if the items to return exceed 40 euros. However, when you mail them on service at posylka.de (this is the email that they provide you with on the return form).

They do not respond, you have 14 days to return the goods and they will just wait it out. When you contact them in this given period there is no way to get a hold of them. Once the 14 days are over they will suddenly appear and tell you that you are too late.

Awful service, you should not order here!
