I love shopping in the Poundshop, the only problem I had was the squashed, wet opened box when my order arrived. But poundshop refunded me the broken items etc. So all good.

as of late poundshop has sent emails quoting next day delivery if order was in before 4pm on that day done seems no one told the ppl concerned contacted customer service send us the email sorry i dont have it well with no proof im not in the habit of making emails up or imagining something that hasnt been sent ............ thank you for the reply more information on how you get next day delivery without paying 7.95 would help like a box for the up grade perhaps and i was well within the time slot

We have had a look into this and on the date your order was placed '16th September' and you selected Delivery Options - UK Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days. You would of had to place the order with Next Day Delivery to get your order the next day. The email sent to customers stated that there was 4 hours left to place a next day order to get it the next day. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
