Danaged Goods
The items were packed very badly just put in a flimsy box, so the results were 90% of items were squashed the boxes of chocolates purchased became unfit to give as presents. Very disappointed.

Damaged foodstuffs
My last order was perfect. Everything was packaged well and I gave a 5 star rating.
This time, however, was a different story. My boxed foodstuffs were badly bashed around. I had ordered 4 packs of tea cakes and 10 out of the 24 were flattened. I took photos of these as proof.My crisp bags were crushed too. Perhaps the foodstuffs would have been better packed in a separate box. I am reluctant to order food again. Deeply disappointed.
