I emailed Powakaddy enquiring if they…

I emailed Powakaddy enquiring if they had a hood available to replace my existing hood for my Powakaddy golf bag. They responded within 36 hours and gave me a couple of choices of the hoods available. I will be receiving the new hood early next week.
It is refreshing to deal with a Company who treat after sales in such a friendly and efficient manner.

My axle snapped on my ct6

My axle snapped on my ct6, it snapped where a hole had been drilled to attach a pin into the axle, obviously it must have been faulty steel bars don’t just snap, I sent a picture to powerkaddy and they didn’t want to know, just gave me a list of stockists who can repair it at my cost, very poor customer support and services

I bought my 1st powerkaddy trolley

I bought my 1st powerkaddy trolley. Overall the product is good however 2 issues appeared. 1st issue the controller for the trip etc was not stuck on correctly and literally fell off. The customer service team were very helpful and provided replacement. I went to use my trolley today and when setting up the trolley and turning on, when I clipped into place the screen cracked. I spoke to customer service who said I must have broke it but do not agree. The handle and electrics and the screen seemed to be problematic from the 1st use and im slightly disappointed that I product this expensive should break upon set up. I have a colleague who works for a golf company and has the same trolley. He stated day 1 that the trolley had issues but unfortunately powerkaddy seem uninterested to help. Shame because over all the experience was good but this has put a damper on it. A trolley less than 4 weeks old and now I'm having to pay £100 for new handle that cracked screen upon setting up for 7th time.

Great Customer Service from Jack in…

Great Customer Service from Jack in Sales.
I messaged PowaKaddy as I had misplaced a small part to my FX1. Following a few Emails with Jack, he identified the part and posted a replacement to me as a goodwill gesture.
I'm really impressed with the customer service provided

Customer service

I had a problem with what I thought was a crack on the screen on my electric trolley. I emailed powakaddy and got a very prompt reply from James telling me it was the screensaver that was damaged with a video showing me how to remove it. Got a replacement in the post in a few days. Customer service at it's best 👌

Electrical fault on FW3 was repaired quickly with easy organising from pick up to return. Even supplied a new return box.
Really good service, looking forward to long usage.

A no hassle customer service provided…

A no hassle customer service provided by JAMES Got straight to the point and we would recommend PowaKaddy to any of our golf mates, exchanged the faulty battery with no problems, no charges and full communication for parcel pickup and delivery of new
And who could ask for anything more I would have awarded 10 stars if possible

Excellent Service

The service that I have received from PowaKaddy has been exceptional. This service has been provided by your team. In particular Alan. He has been most helpful and has worked in a very professional and helpful manner to deliver this service. I cannot thank him enough for all his help. I also appreciate the speed with which he worked to resolve this problem. Thanks Alan.
I always feel that a good company and the people who work in it, is measured not by how they sell their products, but what they do to resolve any issues that arise in the future. In this case the service has been excellent.

Brilliant Service

Absolutely fantastic after sales service!! I spoke with Tanya who was so helpful, efficient and kind. The part that I required (I bolt I had stupidly lost!) identified and issued same day. Brilliant. Will never buy anything other than a PowaKaddy now!

Horrendous service

The only thing I can say. Is if you buy a Powacaddy. Pray it doesn’t go wrong.
Dealing with the support centre is awful. They had trouble finding the fault on my new CT8. Said it was fixed twice when it wasn’t. Did not believe me or the retailer when we said it wasn’t working. In the end had to make a video of the unit misbehaving for them to believe me. And understand the issue.
The manager of the department spoke to me like I was a criminal or something. A terrible experience all around. Thank goodness for Westridge golf centre and their support with out them I’d have a £900 trolley in my shed not working.
If you buy one of these pray it don’t go wrong. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.
I did receive a goodwill gesture. It was minuscule compared to having a complete two day golf trip ruined.
The goodwill gesture was not worthy of acceptance and the way I was spoken to was out of order totally and not believing me or the dealer that it was not fixed was out of order too.
You need to listen to the 3rd call and justify how I was spoken to.
Giving one star was too generous.

Reported problem with my battery Monday…

Reported problem with my battery Monday 02/03 by email - received reply later that day - after preliminary discussions etc it was decided that the battery required to be examined - James then arranged for DPD to collect same - which duly happened as arranged on the 6th March - on the following Friday I received a new battery.
All in all it was very smooth process and the efficient & pleasant manner in which James dealt with same was an excellent example of customer care/ service

CT6 screen

My powcaddy CT6 fell over in transit and thought screen was cracked.. emailed to ask advice and Sam was excellent. Unaware screen has a protective cover already so once removed realised and relieved no cracks.
So Thankyou Sam and Powcaddy customer care .

Firstly I would say the customer service dept is 5star. …

Firstly I would say the customer service dept. Is 5*.
But my 1st battery on my CT6 lasted approximately 2.5-3yrs. This was promptly changed under warranty. But the replacement has only lasted the same amount of time 5.5 years overall for two batteries. My bag and clubs are on average 17 kg. My golf is basically flat. I probably play 100 rounds a year overall.
I know Powakaddy give a 5 yr warranty, but all I keep reading is that on average a battery can last 8 yrs!
I religiously charge the battery after every round even after 9 holes.
Powakaddy said they don’t know why the cells have failed.
Just purchased new very expensive battery. Let’s see how long this lasts?

Just had to use the warranty on my…

Just had to use the warranty on my powakaddy trolley, only a couple of weeks left of it but the touch screen was on the blink. No discussion no argument Daniel and James both helped me to get the piece back to them and the guys turned it round in less than a week. Everything working and one happy customer. Great service very professional highly recommended super guys.
