Worst company ever , customer service does not handle your complaints Been 4 months with the same problem. No resolution in sight would not purchase the warranty ever ever again, tractor supply? Sells this warranty

Batteries ok, tool fails after 6 weeks. Avoid.

bought this battery 2 months ago £139 absolutely rubbish wont hold the charge shows up at 13%healthy and replace contacted seller not realy interested bought new from ebay 5 year warranty last 2 months

Awful company to deal with, even when I contacted them several times as the battery wasn’t described properly on their website and took weeks to respond to me and put me on “the long finger”! Raised a dispute with PayPal and this company lied and lied and lied throughout it! I sent the item back as my expense to receive my refund and still don’t have it! So this lying company got the battery and my money too!

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE

Justin came at 8:30 am and finished at about 2:15PM He barely took a break. He remove 5 fans and installed 5 replacements. He showed me how each fan worked and told me about the differences in how they worked.
He kept his workspace clean and neat and was friendly and positive about the work. I am happy with our new fans

James and his assistant were prompt, courteous, efficient and fixed all of my electrical issues. I will definitely call on Power Plus Electrical again.

Don't buy from a company that gives bad client service if you care about that when things go wrong. I bought a battery for iphone 7 with a 3mm head phone jack. The pin that connects to my phone broke and it was actually stuck in the phone. I contacted them several times and sent in a picture and all I expected was a "sorry" and maybe a chance to get another one at a reduced price, at minimum. I repeatedly sent emails with no response. I know they have cheap batteries but if you pay a little more from a reputable company that cares about the client then go there and don't buy here. The extra money you will pay will be worth it if the company responds to issues and remediates appropriately.

They do not respond to email or return your call! DO NOT purchase anything from this company! I returned and case and they said they would ship one out and never got it, every time they kept saying they would ship it soon. I finally said we purchased another case, please refund my money. I can't get a hold of anyone and they won't refund the amount for the case. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service for this business!!!!

More - Wrong battery eventually arrived.
Texted how to send back and get refund or replacement.
Reply was to send it back to China and when they got it a replacement or refund would be done.
They advised to contact UPS or TNT.
UPS quoted £50 - for an article worth £43
Sent through Royal Mail as a parcel at a cost of £12-50 - received notice from Royal Mail that they had identified it as a Lithium battery - not allowed in post - so they had destroyed it.
The seller Power Plus must know that it is uneconomic to attempt a return so are laughing at customers - A ripoff by them.

I ordered a replacement battery for a Samsung laptop. This was supposed to be shipped same day from the UK warehouse if in stock and paid with PayPal. After a week I had no communication about the order and contacted them. I had a bland response from "ERIC" about delays with "logistics" with a copy and post reply another week later. I tried to cancel but that request was ignored.

The battery arrived 23 days later, and although it seemed OK, it died with two hours charge left, and then wouldn't recharge. In addition to a failed battery, I would consider the following:
1) Misrepresent being in the UK
2) Misrepresent their warehouse location
3) Their returns charges are in violation of UK consumer law
4) Terrible communication

Its also pretty futile to think PayPal might have your back, although now the battery has failed, I will try them again.

With poor communication, glacial shipping, a deceiving website, and a substandard product I would absolutely avoid

This HP LAPTOP BATTERY SEEMS TO BE A QUALITY PRODUCT; however, I ordered the wrong item and needed to return this item.

Just had an electrician named Jeff install a floor socket. He called; was on time and was a polite professional.

Nice to see quality work done at a fair price.

first ordered the wrong battery by mistake. 20 minutes I ordered again and asked them in this second order to cancel my first order. I also sent them an email in regards to my dilemma. I promptly got an email back confirming they had understood my problem. 5 days later the correct battery was delivered and the money for the faulty order was refunded. The person I dealt with handled the whole deal very professionally.

Ordered vaio replacement battery and it arrived within 1 week. Working perfectly.

Took the money and never heard from them again. DO NOT USE

I ordered from the seriously looking swiss webpage (akku-shop.ch/) and after having paid by paypal I saw that there is a strange address (noreply and bohui.co) and no delivery information. I got suspicious whether I will receive the akku. In fact I received it - it was sent from the Netherlands, but it turned out to be a copie and it didn't fit into the laptop. I managed to contact the seller via Paypal and first he said that I have to send pictures and that it cannot be true that the akku doesn't fit. After I complained through Paypal he offered me to send the akku back to China. But this is the joke - from Switzerland it's not allowed to send akkus by airfreight to China. So I have no chance to send it back! ERIC doesn't reply to my e-mails anymore..!

Beware of this company. I've been able to come on trustpilot about this company (actually, the French "alias" of it, called monsieur-battery.com).
They got my Paypal money, then sent me an email saying the battery will be delivered at a partner shop in my town.
I went there after 10 days without any further info, and learned that this shop is no more part of the network of partner shops called "Relais Colis" (one can find the names of the various relays on Internet, then pretend to use them!).
After 12 days and 2 emails, the same "ERIC" contacted me in bad French, asking to wait "because they understand the order is delayed".
The contact page of their French Website doesn't work. The page where order status can be tracked doesn't work.
The Website says orders arrive within 6-8 days. this is wrong.
The Web says they answer customer requests within 1 day. This is wrong.

One may have noticed that the payment address on Paypal is "noreply at bohui.co". that allowed me establishing the link with Power Plus and Trust pilot
Maybe they have a PO Box in Colombia, but it is most likely a Chinese fake company, that can be found on Google

These people are cheating. Crystal clear.
Stay away and disseminate the info about them !

Ordered battery with this scam company. Immediately cancelled but no refund. Don't expect any response to emails. Pretends to be uk based.Not a U.K. Company beware.
