I ordered bulbs but only got an auto response. Finally contacted them and they tell me it will be 5weeks (their site says 7 to 10 days) until my order arrives due to couriers. I asked for a refund. Nope as they have been posted. I said if it is taking 5 weeks it must be nearby to you. Nope you didn't pay for tracking. Oh it's my fault.

I’ve been using the headlight bulbs I ordered for about 7 months. One bulb fused after 4 months, but when I contacted Power Bulbs, they immediately sent me a replacement pair. The new ones are working perfectly. Really impressed with their fast response and excellent after-sales service!

Ordered a pair of RacingVision GT200 H7 (Twin) - better than the original fitted by the factory 12 years ago!! Unforgettably one of the Philips bulbs blew after only 6 months. Powerbulbs support was excellent, no quibbles and posted replacements out.
