Ordered two ATVs more than a month ago and still have not received them. After inquiring about the order they told me they are getting them ready for shipping and changed the status to shipped but did not provide a tracking number or any other details. Now they are not answering their phone and the voicemail is full too. This is not how a legitimate business organization operates!!!

No one ever answers the phone and only when you text or email them that you are going to file a complaint against them do they answer you. They told me they shipped the moped I ordered but could never give me a tracking number or what company was shipping it. Had to get my bank involved to get my money back. Don’t do business with this company

26 days we are waiting for our order!!!
It looks like the only a one person runs everything - virtual Heather H. and that’s it .
Nobody answer the phone - all the time answering machine , never got back by email , nobody answer on Facebook messenger .
What kind of business ????
Stay away from them !
Now I want the refund !

It has been over a month and I've not received product. Only one person runs the business (Heather) and she very seldom answers the phone or texts back. Nothing but excuses. I don't believe this company is a legitimate business.

I bought a 125cc grom clone from them and everything went super smooth, i got the bike super quick, the title came in a week after. I had a few problems and the customer service manager Heather helped me out big time, i really recommend buying from them! i dont usually review places but i had to give them a review

Great communication. I bought a ATV for my son for Christmas and everything went smooth.

Bought a Grom clone from them 11/7 and received it 11/8 somehow.. I called and asked them how did it get to me so fast and they said because their warehouse was only 4 hours from me. Either way I am still impressed. I couldn't find anywhere else to write a review so I put it on here.

I usually don't write reviews but I am only because I am very satisfied with Power Dirt Bikes. I bought an Apollo X18 dirt bike for my son for his birthday which I used their layaway program. Not only did they work with me but I received it very fast after is was payed off.
