Fantastic customer service

Easy to fit, speedy delivery and exactly what we wanted.
After a few months it developed a fault in not responding to the remote control.
Helpful and swift guidance soon established that a replacement motor was needed. It arrived within 24 hours complete with easy to follow instructions, and the faulty part collection a couple of days later.
No drama, no charge, just fantastic customer service.

Excellent all round service

Excellent all round service. The online configuration and ordering was by far the best of any online blind retailer. The ability to tailor every aspect of your blind to suit the decor of the room was amazing. I was struggling to find exactly what I needed anywhere else. Delivery times were great - just 3 days. The quality, fit and simple installation were perfect.

Our experience was a very good one

Our experience was a very good one. We needed a powered roller blind for a very tall window in our kitchen. We downloaded the measuring guide on their website, measured, placed our order and our blind arrived within 10 days. It was very well packaged and delivered by DHL. We unpacked it, read the instructions, fitted the blind, charged the battery, set the up/down parameters and all done. We found it to be a very smooth process, with lots of information on their website, and most importantly – a good quality product at an excellent price.

Ordered 2 blinds for a large window

Ordered 2 blinds for a large window, blinds arrived well packaged undamaged with all the accessories I requested.
I needed a extension lead to the 12v power supply, customer service was great, they even contacted me to inform me I had ordered the wrong type.
Blinds quality itself is really good, smooth operation, nice modern design.

Impressive Service.

I was twitchy about placing an order for an electric curtain track, and electric roller blind, having read some of the previous reviews on here.
I need not have worried:
I made an error in calculating length of curtain track required. A couple of days after placing my order, I realised this. Emailed and called to get length amended. This was acknowledged.
However when the track arrived, it had been cut to the original size. Having spoken with customer service : Within 48 hrs I received the amended correct length of track FOC.
Impressive service!
Lead times are longer than usual, for obvious reasons.
However the Curtain track took only 8 days to arrive. Replacement track took another 2 days.
I await the blind.
Great stuff. Thanks.

Bad experience

Bad experience. Placed a £5500 order for a house full of blinds yesterday. Rechargeable battery packs are not currently available and they tried to foist me off with AA disposable batteries x8 x16. They then complained about my bad attitude.

No attempt to resolve the problem and refused to get back to me when they can source Solar power supplies.

Poor communication from militant snow-flake staff who won't place their names on communications selling an environmentally unsustainable product at a premium price.

Final review of company.

Terrible terrible company to deal with. They send me broken blinds twice and then tell me to un stall it and send it back after it’s completely installed.

They are at fault and are truly terrible.

This company is brilliant.

This company is brilliant. I purchased a 'test' blind to see how the installation would go, as I'm completely useless with DIY. It's worth noting I had the hard-wired Somfy blinds that are standard. I had several quotations from other companies to install and fit the exact same model of blind and they were all roughly £4,000 to £5,000 which is ridiculous.

The first blind arrived and I managed to install it in about 1 hour; the instructions were easy and IT JUST WORKED exactly as expected if you read the programming slideshow - very easy and anyone could do it. I was so impressed and went ahead and purchased a further 5 blinds for all my other windows and they went a treat - no issues whatsoever. I also got the Telis Channel 16 remote and a somfy smart hub which works seamlessly; I can just say 'Ok Google, close the blinds' and voila. It's amazing. The blinds cost about £200 each as there was a deal at the time and so approximately 10-20% off.

The remote unfortunately started malfunctioning about 3 months later and so I sent it back to them. They tested it and confirmed it was broken and sent me a new one NO QUESTIONS ASKED - a testiment to their excellent customer service and quality product.

I'm shocked at some of the poor reviews on here and can only assume it's down to people installing the blinds wrong and not reading the instructions. I can't recommend doing this enough, the blinds are long lasting and durable and high quality - definitely worth the money, and I saved at least £3,000 doing it myself. I'm amazed!?!

Low quality company and products

Ordered 3 blinds. One came without a charger, another with used accessories that didn’t work and customer services were less than helpful. Delivery also took an age.
Cheap maybe but you get what you pay for.

A very happy customer here

A very happy customer here! Ordered three blinds last month, and despite the ongoing Covid19 issues, they were able to deliver the blinds quicker than the 3 weeks they promised. I had a number of queries pre and post purchase and each time customer service responded promptly with the details I needed. The blinds themselves are very good quality, very sturdy and easy enough to install. They were the exact measurements I gave and the remote control was preprogrammed with the three blinds so they worked "out of the box". Really happy with my purchase and happy to recommend to friends and family.

Quite a disappointing experience.

Quite a disappointing experience.
Ordered my blinds 2 months ago, the money is already drawn, there is no communication from the company, no response to emails, no information given.
This is an extremely low level of customer service for such an expensive product. would not recommend it at all.

Poor After Sales Service

The Huna Blinds I ordered were delivered on time and are a great product. Unfortunately, their Customer Services are very poor. My blinds developed a fault, and despite phoning them twice and emailing them they have done nothing to rectify this. They have acknowledged the fault and emailed there supplier (Somfy) but it is now over 2 months and my blinds is still inoperative. I really would not recommend purchasing from this company. It looks like I will now have to refer them to Trading Standards.

Poorly fitting blinds, very poor customer service -go elsewhere!

I ordered a Geneva closed cassette electric roller blind and provided accurate measurements of the recess to powered blinds. I was aware they would be deducting 1cm from the dimensions of the blind width to allow for fitting as stated on their website, however they fail to mention the large gap between the edge of the fabric and the cassette edges which means the blind provided doesn’t cover the entire window.

When questioned about this they refused to remake the blind as they have provided one which was 1cm short. Frankly this is very poor customer service as clearly the blind has been trimmed too narrow. Also you do not need a whole 10mm clearance to fit the blind, 5mm would be sufficient and the gap between fabric and cassette is at least 5mm each end. Had I realised this I would have added added an extra 5mm to the blind dimensions. I’m glad I only ordered one blind as a trial as I would have bought blinds for the entire house. I will be going elsewhere to a company which can actually deliver blinds to fit the dimensions provided properly.
