Small order for 2x2.5kg Olympic plates - but they arrived within 2 days & the quality-vs-price is incredible. For comparison - another vendor, who I have been very happy with, were charging £28.99 each - PowerGym Fitness was £8.99 - and the quality was as good. Will be my first port-of-call for any fitness equipment in future.

Great service and products!

My partner and I are regular gym users and we had little equipment at home but PowerGym sorted us out. We placed a pre order for weight plates which we had never done before but they came earlier than expected and are great quality. They also got in touch to let us know the day they were out for delivery.

We have cancelled our gym and will continue home workouts and look forward to receiving our next order!

Excellent company to deal with, great customer service.

Ordered last Friday, paid for express delivery. Tried to get in touch Monday to find out when my item would arrive and they told me they had recieved 3 months worth of orders in one weekend... I said fine but if that meant my order wouldn't arrive within the express delivery time frame I would expect a refund for the shipping. The advisor said of course. I asked for a rough estimate on delivery and the advisor suggested this week.

Today out of nowhere my order was cancelled.

The director of the company responded letting me know that when they got around to my order they were out of stock.

Why is the company advertising stock levels that they do not hold?

At the time of this purchase competitors had stock and i could have purchased elsewhere if they had bot falsely advertised stock they did not have! Now I cannot find an alternative product anywhere!

Customer service non exisitent, can't speak to someone for love nor money and no further response from the director to explain how he inteneds to rectify this situation for me.

I've since recieved an email suggesting that if an order was placed after lunchtime last Friday the oder would have been placed on hold until back log was dealt with, not the case, my order was just cancelled without any notification or explination.

A very poor and disappointing experience.
