Had a few minor issues upon delivery of the machine but they were all cleared up with a phone call and 2 emails.

Took two tries with AppleCare to get it all setup right but seems to acting right now.

I am a Mac Tech Support person. I have many clients who have purchased used Macs from PowerMax over many many years. Not one single time have any of them ever been disappointed!

I work mostly with Joe Inman who is helpful and always ready to help and make suggestions. I have all my clients go through him. He makes sure that orders are correct and on time, and all my clients comment how professional he is.

I would recommend PowerMax and Joe Inman to anyone looking to buy a quality used Mac.

This is the second laptop I've purchased from Powermax. The product and service is what made me a return customer. I'll continue to purchase from them as long as they keep up their high standards!

I don't write many online reviews, but my most recent interactions with Powermax made me realize I've been a customer for about 10 years. This has included a few laptop purchases involving trade-ins and one outright purchase of a 27" iMac. The staff has responded promptly to every question or request. They've gotten every order right the first time, and their customer service is professional but always involves interacting with a real person who provides their name. I've worked with Heidi for all my purchases and trade-ins over the years. The mere fact that their staff has such long tenure says a lot about the company. Trade-in values have always been fair, and the instructions and shipping labels they've provided have made it easy to send the old machine to them. Powermax has been prompt in confirming the value of the old Mac and applying the appropriate credit. For new Macs and their other products, prices are as good as I've seen anywhere. I give them my unconditional endorsement!

Ordered a new iPad and had a mistake on my end related to the shipping, they did everything in their power to correct my mistake!

Right out of the gate I felt like I could trust these guys. This was the best experience I've had ordering a computer and I'm not an Apple guy. My daughter was determined to get a Macbook despite my efforts to show her how much more she could get with a PC. We saved money buying from Powermax and the shipping was fast. Definitely recommend.

I was unsure about which used Mac Mini to buy. Michelle was a huge assist!

The help was excellent. They emailed me when there was a question about my order. Then made the changes and got the order to me quickly.

I'll be honest, I wasn't sure whether this site was legit or not at first (the website is a little too flashy for my tastes), but turns out that PowerMax is an incredible place to trade in your current mac and upgrade! Their trade in offer was extremely fair, and I was able to pre-order a brand new 2016 MacBook Pro with their extremely friendly, down to earth customer reps. Highly recommended!

I've been dealing with PowerMax for over seven years, buying computers, peripherals, and accessories. They are courteous, helpful, prompt, and competitively priced. And, because it's Oregon, no sales tax. Sweet!

What a nice group of guys. Helpful, knowledgeable, fast, thorough. I won't ever go anywhere else for my Mac needs. These guys can't be beat.

My wife and I live 150 miles away and have experienced terrific help and support from PowerMax. We have purchased multiple iPads over the last few years. Their credit for used returned units enables us to update to new units and is greatly appreciated.
