Not good service at all

I got a battery from this seller, after a few months the server this battery was in started to give an error message which meant that the battery needed to be replaced.
I contacted the seller, took me several attempts. Long story short, seller rarely reply, lately not at all. Did not suggest any workable solution nor honored the warranty. Took me several months to solve the matter by appealing to my bank and opening a dispute to get back my money. Seller simply stopped answering. No one ever answered at the phone and fax number does not exist.
