PowerTools2U suggested emailing if a tool was needed urgently, in case they did not have stock. The tool I wanted was out of stock on a number of websites so I did. I got a prompt, friendly response. In stock, it was delivered in a couple of days and competitively priced.

A disgrace
A disgrace! Tey took my order but had no stock. Said 3-5 delivery but on day 4 I phoned up to find nothing had been posted. Useless and dishonest. Wasted my time!!!!
The response from Powertool2u is nonsense. I bought the same stuff from toolstation and bought a repeat order. They carried stock, you simply don’t but still took the order and offered a delivery you couldn’t fulfil!

A little concerning not finding a telephone number on the website, just email to discuss a potential urgent order. However, we did receive a swift email response, was able to place the order on time, and received it next day as promised.
Telephone number present on order acknowledgement, I was able to speak with a very helpful Danny for an invoice which I received immediately.
