I placed an order for a set of ladders…
I placed an order for a set of ladders from Power Tools UK to be delivered to Northern Ireland, the order was accepted online and payment made but the order was subsequently cancelled a few days later without actually telling me it had been cancelled. I phoned up the company to understand where my order was and I was told that the order was cancelled as they don't ship to Northern Ireland. Really disappointed me that the company's name is Power Tools UK but they don't sell into 1 of the 4 countries that make up the UK and also by the lack of customer engagement to tell me my order was cancelled. I even offered to pay extra for delivery but still the company refused to do business with me so I can't unfortunately give a positive review.

I have not actually had the items delivered yet, taking a bit longer due to the COVID issue but given 5 stars from the customer service I received. I ordered these on Friday the 8th of May, site had been down due to the virus, called on the Monday just to ask when I could expect, nice lady said she would get someone from sales to call with stock update and within 30 minutes I was called. Then had message to say that my order had been despatched on 48 hour express, same day (will take longer due to COVID). Just really good to actually be called back and great team to deal with, hopefully the items will be here soon :-). would not hesitate to recommend, and will use again for sure, very refreshing.

Totally satisfied
Amidst all the coronavirus upheaval: I ordered a DeWalt table saw one day and it arrived the next. They used Parcelforce to deliver it, so it wasn't damaged.
After endless research on the web I found Power Tools UK to be the cheapest and with a user-friendly ordering process, I really could not be more satisfied.
