Large range of tool carry cases and boxes decent prices too , even better when the item is on a warehouse clearance

Purchase was delivered in about a day and a half and was £10 cheaper than not Nailfix but at place with a similar name to that. Very happy with my new Dewalt cordless circular saw.

Worst company I’ve brought tools from. Was told it would be next working day delivery and arrived over 2 weeks late. Due to this I refused delivery so it would be returned and am still waiting for a refund. Tried calling their customer service to get it sorted and you’re just on hold for over 30mins every time then it hangs up on you. Would not recommend buying from this company.

Impossible to call them as the options do not work when entered. You get trapped in the automated caller options. No response over email and no progress and trying to return an item. Terrible customer service.

Great seller. Enabled me to get a replacement Metabo combo drill (drill body only - bare without all the gubbins I already had) at a brilliant price and it came in a new Metabox 145 included. So pleased with fast delivery and decent packaging too. Made my day being able to get this without spending time and probably wasted money on getting my existing drill repaired. 5* service and sales process.

Very quick service and best pricing

I ordered some Makita powertools from Powertool World and they despatched the items quickly.

Unfortunately, the item was delayed by DPD at their sortation facility near Leicester and after a day or so I began to suspect that the item was 'lost' (correctly as it turned out).

I contacted PTW explaining that I needed the tools quickly and therefore needed to cancel. They responded within a couple of hours and accepted my cancellation and said they'd give me my refund when the items were returned to them by DPD.

DPD clearly were unable to return the items as they had been 'lost' so after about 10 days I reminded PTW that I was entitled to a refund within 14 days of my cancellation under the Consumer Credit Regulations 2013 and they refunded me within an hour.

I know PTW have some negative reviews over their customer service but they were fine for me. Knowing your consumer rights certainly helps.

Customer service responded quickly & positively to a problem with the machine- which was actually not a fault with the machine but user error. I couldn't fault them. The pressure washer has made a super job of paving slabs.

Order was made in order to be with me in time for a job. Got the free 3aH battery too. Battery was due to be delivered a few days later due to availability. But for some reason instead of delivery as requested, saw as soon as possible and battery a few days later. But you decided to group my order together and deliver later. So the saw arrived after the day I needed it!!!! No hood to me.

Had excellent experience with you guys on two recently purchases I have made. Great prices and quick delivery the only thing I would advise to improve would be a little more protection on the packaging. Just bought a milwaukee packout box and the box that it came in was badly damaged and I thought the worst when I received it .but the item was fine. Not your fault but would help if postal people had a little more care with people items. Many thanks to you guys. Will be placing another order soon.

I'm just a household DIY'er who hates DIY. So when I, reluctantly, have to buy tools it comes out of my own pocket - but I'd rather buy quality gear. On each occasion I've bought from Powertool World they have offered the best price, plus delivery / service has been top notch. Highly recommended

Needed a decent chainsaw to take on some tree stumps in the garden. Always used bosch professional tools so went for the Bosch Professional GKE 18V-40 18v. Power tool world had the most competitive price on their website versus amazon and other major retailers. Ordered tues evening online, kept up to date via email on the DPD courier and item arrived thursday afternoon. Have already put the battery chainsaw to good use, effortlessly cuts stumps.

Awful customer service. Siting on hold for 30-40 minutes at a time trying to resolve a problem. I gave up in the end and cancelled my order.

Send me wrong saw. When returned it was informed that it will be 14 days to replace it. So I asked for a new invoice with new date on for registration my warranty. They rejected it, just sending automatically emails like a robot. One's I want to return it again because of that they want me charge up to 30% of value for it. Which is not right. Please don't choose this shop because One's you have any problem with no your fault they are not happy to help!!!
