No tool in the box!!
Purchased a router and received a package that consisted of the outer box inside of which was the systainer and a free hat but the tool and the spanner were missing. I contacted customer services and informed them of the situation and was asked to provide photos which I did, I was told they would retreave cctv images and get back to me. They have not bothered to get back and don’t respond to emails and I am unable to contact via the phone. I am left with no alternative other than raise a dispute with the bank.

Hikoki (used to be Hitachi), in my view, make the best powertools available.... but they are not that readily available.. but Powertool World - CT Fixings do seem to have great stock and variety of packages...

I bought a circular saw on line 28th July
I bought a saw on line 28th July . The next day decided to return the item as this was no longer required . I went on to the website followed the instructions and waited, and waited- didn’t hear anything back . Thought hmm bit strange let me call them, phoned got prerecorded messages with instructions to initiate return on website . I decided to see if I could get through to sales - no joy ! This is becoming very painful and beginning to wonder whether this company actually has staff to provide customer service or lost sales support . Based on my experience to date I wouldn’t be buying from this website again

The team at Powertool world did a great service delivering my order. Dpd lost par of my order but the customer service team looked into it and resolved very quickly. Great customer service and 10 out of 10 for the whole team. Would recommend great job from everyone.
