PPE Supplies Direct Reviews 

Ordered a pair of safety shoes showed they had three pairs in stock of my size.
Received email today to say no stock and my ordered cancelled, no apology or explanation.
Will never try and order from this company again.

An order of one item was placed on-line at the end of September. No special delivery was requested.
By the 10th October I was advised that the cost had been drawn from my account.
Shortly after I tried to telephone PPE Supplies to find out when I should expect delivery, but the line was obviously disconnected.
A eek ago I then used their e-mail link to ask the same question, which hasn't yet been answered.
I must now try to get my money back.

Do not order from this company you will not get what u asked for or might not even recieve your order at all no matter how simple the order is the staff are rude on email and will not inform you that they don’t have ur product in stock they just try to steal ur money and hope you forget.. DO NOT BUY FROM them choose any other shop it will most likely be better

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered boots and 2x trousers. 2wks later and after many calls and emails, my order still hasn't been dispatched. Would have been quicker to order from WISH. Believe the reviews on ridiculous dispatch times. * update, instructed my card issuer to reclaim my money and ordered the same boots from Big Dog Workwear and trousers from Wright Wears and both items have been delivered within 3days * do not order anything from PPE Supplies Direct

Despite the website stating 24 hours dispatch, I am still waiting for my PPE 7 days later and havnt had any update from PPESupliesDirect.

When placing my order I was told it would be with me by friday, IE 2 days after ordering. Then on monday (4 days later) I was told it was Tuesday, Come Wednesday the tracking still shows the courier were waiting to be given the package from PPESuppliesDirect.

I needed my PPE to go on a training course, which I expressed on the very first phonecall, As none of my gear arrived I had to pay another £200 to rebook it.

Four phonecalls later it turns out the "24 hours dispatch" is intentionally misleading, as PPESuppliesDirect do not hold any stock .

Avoid this company, They are useless and couldnt care less about your order once they have your money.

Edit : Update - They blamed todays delivery as a fault on DPD saying the courier never collected it from them, but according to DPD they was only given the tracking label yesterday for collection today.

This company is a shambles.

Edit : Update 2 - As expected they have used the same excuse, saying again that the courier hasnt collected it from them.

This company seems like a scam. Going to file a complaint to trading standards and my bank if I do not have my gear soon.

Awful experience shopping with PPE Supplies. First time I’ve placed an order ( large order) with them, it’s almost a week and I’ve had no updates whatsoever. Their website clearly said next day delivery on the items that I’d ordered. I called them on Friday and the customer service was very poor as well. Whilst I was chasing tracking information, I was rather told the next day delivery did not apply to what I ordered but should expect the delivery on Monday. Nothing has turned up, I’ve no indication whether my order has been shipped in the first place. I’m travelling abroad with the items in two days and I don’t have any tracking information to even track the order & it’s too late to order these elsewhere plus don’t have the money to do so again.

Poor service: Twice the price of competitors and do not tell the truth re delivery to obtain the order.

Top print on my hard hats from these guys, quick turnaround and great customer service. Would recommend and will be coming back for more!

Ordered gloves from PPE Supplies and used their glove risk assessment to order, Very helpful and easy to order, Received quickly too, Will order again

Ordered a few customised hi vis jackets and some fall arrest. Arrived quickly and was even recommend the correct boots and gloves my staff needed. Very helpful highly recommended

Crap! Bought buck boots £75 and the backs are worn in had them 4 months are putting holes in my sock cannot wear them anymore!! Gutted all that money for nothing! Will never buy from them again..
