Jana provided outstanding support for several months, both virtually and in person, throughout my entire stay in Prague. Her communication regarding all preparations and logistics was exceptionally well organized and thoughtfully planned. Jana anticipated every need and ensured that all aspects were handled seamlessly.

She managed each detail with remarkable precision and was always just a call or message away both before and after my operation. Her responses were consistently prompt, thorough, and reassuring, and no request ever felt like too much.

Jana connected me with an excellent clinic and was a strong advocate on my behalf throughout the process. I am extremely grateful to Jana for her unwavering support and professionalism.

My wife Karen Phillips Had trifocal lens replacement last week, I just want to say that my whole experience from the initial contact with Daniella to the surgery and aftercare has been very professional, it was well organised for us prior to our arrival right through to our departure home. I was very nervous about having this done but the whole process being made so stress free by every professional involved in my surgical journey has made this experience for me a very positive one. The clinic was a very calming environment and I would like to thank personally Martina, Tomas and the surgeon Dr Peter, who ensured that I was relaxed and made comfortable throughout. I just want to say if anyone is considering this procedure and clinic like I was, don't. Put your trust in Praga Medica and their professional team.

Unfortunately I’m leaving a 0 star review. I’ve used Praga Medica 3 times before and was satisfied with the eye care and service.
Praga Medica uses 3 party companies to carry out the work like NEO VISION.

I messaged DANEILA with no response! I contacted her manager who told me she was on vacation I was the passed to KATE. Kate gave me 3 available time slots in February 3/6 of February was our preferred slot so we asked her confirm this so we could book out flights from Turkey as we both were there on business. ( we are from the UK 🇬🇧) ever day I contacted Kate to confirm the time and day. Nearly 3 days later she said the slot was no longer available!!!! a simple call to the reception at NEO vision would have confirmed the day and time.

I was very angry at the time laps and very very poor communication we could book flights or plan our trip.

Very angry and upset by this service!!! These member of staff many Kate are a poor reflection of this middle man company.

DANIELA contacted my girl Ilona today asking if we still wanted to book a week after the time slot we were given by Kate saying o I was on holiday wasn't my fault.

All these girls are sales driven and don’t care about there customers especially after the large volume of business I’ve given them.

I have now booked with another company who were quick have better reviews and have gave me the time slot I require no hassle quick and efficient. OFTUM is the company I would recommend you now use. Praga Medica now is very very poor

I first enquired about upper blepharoplasty with Praga Medica in December, last year. Markéta answered my questions clearly and thoroughly, reassuring me about the professionalism of the service. She explained the procedure, talked me through the experience and helped me make a well informed decision. When I arrived in Prague, I was well briefed and knew what to expect.

The procedure itself was remarkably painless. Dr Ženíšková was very reassuring and spoke really good English. She and her assistant settled my nerves, and the procedure itself was painless. There was some stinging from the injection of local anaesthetic - but that was it.

I am now one week post-op. I've just had the stitches removed. I've had extremely good, clear, after-care instructions from the clinic all the way along, and Markéta has been available to answer any questions I might have. She's been friendly, caring and super responsive. I have had no pain or discomfort at all. None. It's extraordinary! And while I did bruise quite a bit, I do bruise easily and I can see that they are fading well. And my eyelids look *amazing* even with the bruising and some residual swelling I can already tell they're going to be fabulous.

I thoroughly recommend Praga Medica. I would definitely consider them first for any future procedures.

I cannot thank the staff and doctors enough ,especially my helper Caroline, for making the whole process smooth and efficient.They made my deep plane and neck facelift and brow lift stress free and painless.Everyone was kind and helpful and I was impressed by their communication and assistance .It really was the perfect clinic and I highly recommend it.

I would just like to tell everyone what an amazing service I received, I flew from England to have lens replacement, the service was amazing, I would like to thank everyone for my New Eyes I can read my texts and see my lap top and drive all without glasses. Thank you sooo much to the surgeon and the amazing team for looking after me.

I returned from lens replacement surgery last week and I wish I had this done over a decade ago.

Great value, exceptionally high clinical standards and best of all...... I can read and text without having to wear glasses.

I have had no issues whatsoever and would strongly recommend.

Prague is a beautiful so do some sightseeing around Charles Bridge and the castle. The trams are excellent and Google maps is very useful for getting around on them.

We recently had an upper bleph at Praga Medica and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Jana, our consultant was outstanding she really went above and beyond. Dr Billich is exceptionally skilled and we felt completely confident in his hands. The results are amazing - thank you for delivering such fantastic care and results

She was helpful, kind, patient and understanding from step one through to the very end.
The clinic were great and the surgeon amazing but as I already said, without Jana, I would never have progressed past step 1. 5 stars is not enough

Had lens replacement 8th -12th December 2025 , organised through Praga Medica , can't thank Daniella enough for organising everything from uplift at airport to translators and operation at NeoVize . Would recommend Praga Medica for anyone wishing surgery in Prague , and at half the cost of the UK.

I had ICL surgery to correct my nearsightedness and astigmatism. The staff at the eye clinic are friendly, and there is no long wait. The surgery went smoothly and I didn't feel any pain during the procedure. The doctor explained each step beforehand. My surgeon was Dr. Lubomír Továrek from NEOVIZE. Dr. Továrek speaks English and is very friendly. You don't need to worry about language issues at all. Prague Medical ensures you won't have any language problems. I live in Germany, but I only speak English. Prague Medical provided translation throughout the process. I wasn't bothered by not speaking Czech. Prague Medical offers many exceptionally friendly services and guidance. They provide excellent help and service in many areas, including transportation, accommodation, appointments, and answering questions. Ms. Húsková from Prague Medical is my consultant. She is very friendly and patient.

I am now on my 9th day post-surgery with no infection or complications. There are still some normal post-operative reactions and my eyes are adapting and recovering. I no longer need glasses for work and daily life now, which makes me so happy. I wish I had had ICL surgery a few years earlier. I look forward to a month after the surgery when my vision will be close to its final stable state.

I’ve recently had an amazing experience with Praga Medica. I had lens replacement surgery on both eyes so I could go glasses/contacts free. I’m so delighted I chose Praga Medica and I believe it’s the best thing I’ve ever done and wish I’d done it sooner. The entire trip was seamless from the moment I left my home for the airport to the minute I arrived home. Praga Medica did everything exactly how they said they would and I was kept up to date every step of the way by my brilliant Treatment Abroad Consultant, Karolina. Thank you so very much, Karolina, for everything you did for me. I felt looked after, listened to and cared for from the minute we made contact upon my first enquiry. This company and every employee I came in contact with, always put the customer first and you are looked after every single step of the way. I received a text message as soon as I touched down in Prague, I waited roughly 5 minutes before my car was there to collect me to take me to the hotel. I was collected by a car the following day for my appointment for all of my tests and the hotel is literally 5 minutes walk from the clinic. If fact, you can see the hotel from clinic!! So very handy. The clinic itself was very professional, clean and excellently kitted out with all the latest technology. The staff were friendly and a Praga Medica interpreter representative met me in reception on the day of my surgery. The surgeon was very highly educated and trained in the procedure I was having and on the day, made me feel comfortable and completely relaxed. I had full confidence in placing my vision in his hands. The procedure was painless and because I’d opted to have both eyes done on the same day, took around 7-8 minutes per eye. I chose to have trifocal lenses using the femtosecond LenSx laser which was so worth it. I’m so glad I choose these. Not that I didn’t trust the surgeon to make the incisions, but I believe it would have been more precise and quicker. I was so surprised I could actually see fairly well the moment I stepped out of the operating theatre, so much so, I chose to walk back to the hotel even tho I had been offered a car to take me back. I wore my sunglasses and it was absolutely fine, after all, as mentioned, just a 5 minute walk. I was provided with all the medication I’d need post surgery which consisted of different eye drops, plenty to last for the time required. This was all while Praga Medica was on hand at the end of the phone, should I have needed them. I didn’t and my recovery has been perfectly text book. Another great reason to use Praga Medica was the fact that you do have time to visit the city in between the medical appointments!! Such a beautiful city and I’m so glad I got to see some of it. I stayed at the hotel the day of my surgery and had a final checkup the next morning where again, Praga Medica reps were there to help and translate for me (most of the clinical staff can speak great English anyway). I was then able to go into the city after that final checkup and enjoy the last day in Prague (even got to go to a Christmas market!). I was then collected, as arranged for the next day and taken back to the airport. I got home with no issues.. As I said from the very beginning, it was absolutely seamless from start to finish. Thank you so much, Praga Medica and Karolina and team for everything you did for me. I’m delighted with my new eyes and the joy it’s bought me already! Trifocal lens replacement surgery with a toric lens!
It’s a very daunting decision to make but I can assure you, you have nothing to worry about!!
From first contact with Nela the process was professional and extremely efficient. All the information required to make a decision was provided to me from the outset. This included the background to the company, the explicit details of the surgery and the price lists for the various procedures.
After taking the decision to go ahead with the surgery and paying the deposit- Nela provided a full itinerary and timings for the initial consultation, the procedures and the post operative check up. Nela couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. Even with my last minute hotel change. She organised taxis to pick me up and drop me back to the airport. She also organised a taxi to bring me to the clinic from the hotel on the first day.
The clinic itself was immaculate and I was very well looked after by Martina, who was the mediator/translator with various nurses, optometrists and doctors even though they spoke English.
The day of the surgery (I got both eyes done on the same day), Thomas was there for all the patients talking us through the steps and what to expect post surgery.
The actual surgery was pretty straightforward and the surgeon had perfect English. It lasted less than 20 minutes in total. Wasn’t sore but was a weird sensation. The day after I met the optometrist for final check up and was given all the aftercare instructions, as well any questions I had were answered.
If you’re considering lens replacement surgery, I highly recommend it. It’s one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I’m extremely grateful for the skill and care of the team who handled my treatment.

Really seemless experience from getting advice to booking to getting the procedure done. Huge thanks to Katerina, Jiri and Tomas in particular.

Very professional, clinical with thorough pre op examinations. Translators were excellent and were there purely for that. Kristoff, my translator on the first day was so very helpful. He was kind and advised of everything he could. He also helped with advice on our stay in Prague having travelled from the UK for the treatment and showed us really useful apps for the transport service options. I felt I was in very safe hands and altho he wasn't assigned to me on the check up day, he still came to chat, offering even more advice and help. Katerina who helped organise the trip, from arranging the treatment to airport transfers, taxis, also went above and beyond, helping out with my own taxi hire etc.
The surgeon was superb with a deft hand during the procedure, speaking a good level of English and explaining each stage.
