From start to finish, the best experience I could have asked for. The team there specifically Amie were so welcoming and made it easy to find the desired style I was after. I highly recommend them and with a beautiful show room that is a full service jeweller you don't need to go anywhere else

Registered my interest in a plain smooth bezel Datejust 5 years ago. Nothing fancy. I even made a second and a third visit to confirm my interest. I even made a small purchase to get my details on the system.

Anyway. I eventually gave up as it’s clear the game you must play on order to get sold a Rolex from here.

I was fully willing to show my loyalty to this company if I were to receive the piece.

I’ve managed to get 2 date justs, a ladies datejust, an oyster perpetual and a sub date from a different AD. I have also purchased 2 Omegas, 2 Tags, a Tudor and a Breitling elsewhere.

It’s such a shame as I’d much prefer to support this company over a chan like Goldsmiths.

The older sales reps seem grumpy and look down at you if I’m honest. Maybe if I put a suit on and looked the part my experience would have been different? But that’s not me.

The only really nice guy was Marc; but I guess he has to please his high-value clients first. Which is understandable.

I was looking for a Rolex as a present, I registered interest in a number of jewellers from Exeter to Cardiff to the midlands. A couple of chain type jewellers actually recommended I contact Pragnell which is recommendation in itself.
Marc Gillings was outstanding, as soon as new pieces arrived he would contact me with photos and videos.
When we finally settled on a watch he made the experience of collecting the watch very enjoyable. He spent time showing us around Pragnell which you could tell he was very proud to work with. His enthusiasm, excitement and expertise shone through making it a genuinely enjoyable experience.
I cannot recommend Pragnells and Marc enough, they stand as stark contrast compared with the others.

I visited the Pragnell store in Leicester recently as I was looking for something special for my wife’s 50th. I have to say Russell and Josh and the team at Pragnell really pulled out all the stops to help me and managed to get me a fabulous present for her birthday, something to really remember. They also helped with making the handover a surprise. My wife knew nothing about it and they made a special effort in the shop to make the experience one she’ll never forget I can’t thank them all enough.

Dermot was courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
Very happy with the service provided by Pragnell. Felt comfortable and at home. No pushy seller which was refreshing to find.

I would highly recommend a visit to Pragnell in Leicester, if you have something special in mind. From the initial phone call, to attending my appointment and finalising a purchase, the whole process was a very slick operation.
All the staff members were, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. My sales person Dermot Ray, was very professional, knowledgable but most of all nothing was too much trouble. I can say from start to finish, he made the experience of shopping at Pragnell’s 10 /10.

When in London earlier last month I stopped by Pragnell and showed what I thought was a bad scratch on my PP Chocolate Chrono Aquanaut, Sunill Madhvani looked at it and god knows how made it all disappear, such a pro and such a kind man.
I told him he was a magician, to which he responded now you need to buy me a watch, I said fair enough, I'll get another Aquanaut, he laughed and said, I might be a magician but I don't make miracles...!!!

I went into Pragnells in Stratford with the hope of getting a new watch and had perhaps the best shopping experience I've had to date, incredibly welcoming from the off, I dealt with Connor who was so so knowledgeable about all the timepieces and couldn't of done anymore to help, even gave me a tour of the new showroom and workshop which are second to none! Walked out that same day with a brand new stunning watch and I can't wait to go back again for the next, really can't recommend these guys enough, it's absolutely top tier! Thank you!

Sunil took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, offered thoughtful advice without any pressure, and ensured every detail was handled really well. Marc was very welcoming, very knowledgeable and incredibly patient. He took the time to show me various models and helped guide me to hopefully getting the first of a trio of my desired timepieces. I had the pleasure of dealing with Gabriele, and I can honestly say what a wonderful person they are and an absolute credit to your company. Gabriele was incredibly helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make things work, and extremely accommodating throughout the entire process.

I was more or less promised a watch for my birthday should one become available, and fortunately one did. Gabriele kindly informed me that I would be able to collect it on my birthday, which truly meant a great deal to me. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances on my side, I was unable to proceed with the purchase.

I recently brought in one of my late father’s watches for a full service at the Mayfair store and from the moment my mother and I walked through the door, we were incredibly well looked after by Ben Lawrence and the team. Ben understood how important it was for me to have the watch back before Christmas, and he delivered exactly on time.

The watch came back beautifully cleaned and looking brand new. Ben was professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. We even enjoyed a lovely glass of bubbles while being taken care of.
