Dont waste your money, makes no difference to skin especially the neck area, very disappointed

Read some good reviews about the throat cream for women over 50. I wasn’t expecting miracles, but I was t expecting to waste a lot of money for nothing either. Don’t be fooled ! It diesnt make any difference at all !

Very disappointed. I spent nearly £60 on day and night cream. It will not rub in and just pills on the skin. You end up with loads of bits all over your clothes.
Very disappointed considering how much it cost.

My neck ended up looking like raw meat! Don't touch it!

Smells nice but after a year of using the ageless decotellage and throat cream absolutely zero difference. I have day and night cream and the rollerball serum. The site that reviewed it positively obviously got kick backs for doing so. Total waste of money

I have been using the neck day and night creams for a few years - they do help and the products themselves are not miraculous but help smoothing the skin. One thing that has become very painful is the cost and time of the shipping... will have to stop buying online.

I bought this neck & chest cream. I had quite a large raised she spot on my chest. Within weeks this had completely gone. I was shocked as o wasn’t buying anything particular to target this ax I’ve had it years.. It has gone and I’m over the moon..

I’ve had a similar bad experience to others. Neck cream doesn’t not do anything other than flake and bobble on my skin. It looks awful and is a complete waste of money. I’ve contacted customer service who suggested I was using too much hence the flaking effect. I’ve used less and the same thing happens. I asked for my money back and was told they only refund if the product is faulty. Awful product and awful customer service. Terrible waste of money.
I’ve since made a complaint to the company and been ghosted by them. No reply received in the last 2 weeks. I would just like a refund. Susan Kilgour

Bought the neck cream..
Leaves white residue all over your neck and flakes off, also makes my neck red and blotchy, stopped using after 2 days don’t wate you r money

I've being using the product for 3 months, twicee per day, with no visible signs of improvement to my neck. Waste of money.

I'm nearing the end of my 2nd jar of the Prai ageless neck cream. I started using it in November 2024 when I started using Mounjaro for weight loss. I was deeply concerned about developing a turkey neck with the weight loss. I'm 46 and having lost 4st so far, my neck and under chin area is fine. I had a big double chin and it would've crinkled but it's absolutely fine, skin is smooth, wrinkle free and no sagging. I'll continue this creme as it's definitely worth it.

I bought the Prai Menoglow hydrating skin creme in October 2024 to change my skincare, it was well reviewed. Within two weeks of using it I developed weird red bumps on my chin, I was told it was folliculitis. I was treated with antibiotics, steroids and final antifungal creme that it responded to. I stopped using the creme early into the problems and thought they were unrelated. After five months of treatment, and using only one other brand of moisturizer and skincare, the problem had finally gone away..I ran out of my other new moisturizer and decided to use the Prai product again as I had a mostly full jar, three days later I have the weird bumps erupting all around my lower face! I can't believe it, the problem was totally gone before both of the only two times I have started using Prai skincare, I have had this terrible, huge, uncomfortable reaction. Their products are going in the bin and I would highly recommend anyone avoid using them in future.

These products are terrible. They're not absorbed into the skin, they just turn into white flakes that cover your clothes and look like a very bad case of dandruff.

I absolutely love this range! I have been using the throat cream for just under a year now and i can tell when I haven't used it for a while (if I'm away and have forgotten it), but the second I use it again it just works straight away. I have currently purchased the ageless eye d-crease cream, the gold caviar wrinkle repair serum and the overnight sleep hydration cream and use them all in my nightly skin care routine and the results have already been amazing! My skin glows daily and feels very hydrated and healthy. I also think the description of products on the website does exactly what it says on the tin, i love the website when looking for my next product if and when needed. Definitely recommend.

What an utter waste of money. I bought day and night creams. Used them religiously every morning and night. No difference whatsoever. READ TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU THINK OF BUYING. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL.

First time using Prai products.
So far I'm happy with the arm cream which has helped with the appearance of my crepey skin, it's not amazing or toned but I can see a slight difference already using twice a day for a week so far.
The neck creams I am impressed with, I have the night and day creams and the roller tube, used twice a day for 2 weeks and there is definite improvement. The jaw line serum is good but leaves bobbly bits on the skin regardless of how much I massage in. Overall for a 55yr old with crepey loose neck, chin and arm skin it's all ok so far.

I used the MenoGlow Hot Flush Cool Fix Serum & my face flared up almost immediately. Luckily I only tried a small amount as a test but it has left my skin burnt! If you have any kind of sensitivity I would avoid.

Absolutely loved the MenoGlow Cremegel from PRAI, such a light weight but effective moisturiser. I use it day and night and my skin looks radiant, 10/10 recommend.
