3 camera installation for work and all set up in clean and professional manner. Guided myself and my dad through the basics and how to set it up on mobile and laptop for on the go. Very helpful team that came in and had no issues at all. Can’t recommend them enough

A good company, but lacks in professionalism.
I had my CCTV system installed by Praivo yesterday, and I can say I am happy with the outcome. From the moment I got in contact with them, I could see that they were a very professional company who took great pride in their work. The engineers were very polite and friendly, and ensured I was 100% satisfied with the system before leaving. The cameras are of brilliant quality and the system is generally very easy to use. The aftercare is very good too, with peace of mind added with a 3 year guarantee which makes me feel at ease that I can easily have any issues rectified if necessary, which I'm sure will not be the case. I would not hesitate to recommend Praivo to my friends and family, they have done an absolutely amazing job.

Since writing my review, I have had to call the company regarding an issue that had developed with my camera. I will start by saying that when I had emailed Jayson Kandiah about the issue, there was no response, this was the case after two emails. After I had sent the first email, there was a burglary in the property directly opposite me, and as a result of the fault on my camera, I was not able to assist the police in the footage they required. I then decided to ring the company and had to complain about the issue I had, and was then dealt with by Sid, who was very helpful in the issues I was having. I find this quite unprofessional on behalf of Jayson, seeing as he is the CEO of the company.
When it came to selling me the system he responded almost immediately for all emails and was very keen on ensuring I had bought a system, but I am sad to say I was not given the same treatment when it came to the aftercare. I believe that if I had not rang the company, my system would still have the fault, which does make me wonder how Mr Kandiah regards his customers. To this date I have still not heard from Jayson or even had an apology for his conduct and unprofessionalism.
I cannot fault the engineers at all that are hired by Praivo, and I would like to give a special thank you to Kevin who has been nothing but helpful throughout all visits.
Regardless, my problem has now been sorted thanks to Sid who was helpful in ensuring my problem was solved.
Overall, a good system but I would stay aware of the aftercare. I am not at all impressed with the conduct of Jayson Kandiah and so I have had to lower my review from an original 5 stars to 3 for this reason and inconvenience.

Super service by the guys at Praivo
They really do know what they are doing and most of all they could advise me on the right system for my home. There is so many systems out there and after getting a system on Amazon and realising it wasn't great for my home, I found these guys. Chose the system online and had an engineer install within a few days! It was super easy and the tutorial by the engineer allowed me to learn exactly how to use the system.

Its not really a review, I just wondered if anyone has dealt with this company before ?
I have just been emailed a quote, which appears to be genuine but they are asking for 50% of the total fee up-front, and they do not accept Paypal ? Which is kind of ringing a few alarm bells, so I'm just being a bit cautious.
