Grandson was chuffed to bits with this
Not the quality we’ve come to expect from BigJigs. It’s made of a much lighter wood so doesn’t feel as solid as their other products. The pumps, etc. that you insert yourself post delivery are very wobbly and unstable. I’m not sure if BigJigs are now using inferior materials to keep costs down but the quality is far below their usual standard. As always, great service from Wistanleys. Very competitive price and super fast delivery.

Good quality fun for a wooden railway
The engine shed is great. However the low rating has been given for the completely inadequate packaging. The box arrived ripped and damaged, which was hardly surprising given such a heavy item was packed simply in a large plastic bag. Very disappointing since this is a present.
