The swing I purchased is very good (4 Star) but the shower I bought it from is another matter. I ordered the swing so it could be delivered before Christmas as it was a present for my grandchildren. On 24th December DPD delivered a box which was as expected, but inside this box was a child’s Highchair worth over £500 and a pair of adults mittens worth £80, mo sign of the £60 swing I ordered. Managed to get in touch with Winstanley and had to send them photos of the paperwork in the box, the contents of the box and the label on the box. They said they would send the swing I ordered on the 30th December and collect the unwanted original delivery. This did take place but nothing heard from Winstanley since 24th December.. Do NOT order online from this company, you don’t know what you will get delivered!!
