Mattress arrived with a stain and not sealed in a plastic cover. Customer service was very helpful in sending a replacement only for that to also arrive unsealed and even more stained than the original. Not impressed as this was not a cheap purchase! I’d expect the mattress to be clean and in a sealed bag for a newborn baby. Baby arrives in a few days so unable to return. A refund or partial refund would be nice. I am going to have to buy another mattress elsewhere.
