Pranicura has been helpful dealing with both fissure and hemorrhoids. The menthol is really nice and distracts you from the pain. However, zinc dried me out pretty badly which led to many mini re-tears until I finally realized what was happening. So if you know that zinc can be drying for you, use it sparingly. I still use it but just not that often, and in between I moisturize with cocoa butter or shea butter. The jar may seem small for the price but it will last a long time since you only need a small amount for each use.

Even after Dr. Chung's modest and honest recommendation, I was still skeptical that this cream would work since I've tried most of the ingredients in one form or another. But like many people have said, this stuff is MIRACULOUS. Especially at healing fissures. After years of suffering, it took about a week for me to really start feeling the soothing and healing effects of Pranicura and about a month for the pain to almost disappear. It was amazing. I have IBS, which means I have inconsistent bowel movements that lead to anal problems unfortunately. So, I'm just going to keep using Pranicura every time I have a flare up because it is the best home treatment I've ever tried. On a side note, yes it does sting/burn a little, especially if you insert it a bit further up, but it is bearable and does go away with time (you can use an ice pack or heating pad to help with any pain). To my fellow sufferers, give this a try. It might be your miracle too.

Wow this cream is amazing order it the first then again, never ever new i would found this cream. It does the trick i have crohns disease and my bum is so much better, i would recommend it to anyone, its magic get it its fantastic.

I was very pleased with the results from my application with pranicura. I had extraordinary relief almost instantly. The mixture moisturizes and soothes the irritation in the anal area which stopped the pain and itching quite rapidly. The jar was not completely filled and several applications may have been included. Perhaps better quality control filling the jars to its capacity in future shipments.

Best thing ive used so far tbh. Ive been on diltiazem and rectogesic and they both didnt do what pranicura did. Ofcourse it wont help u unless u change ur diet and keep ur boil soft. But pranicura 100% helped my situation. My fissure is finally healed after 6 month of struggling. I used pranicura for 2 month 2-3 times dailey.

I have had problems for years and while I still have to be proactive in eating and hydrating well but Pranicura has given me the relief no other product or regime could.
Well worth it for me personally been trying to effectively treat hanging hemoroids and Anal Fissure this product shrunk my roids and stopped the bleeding on my Anal Fissure (at least for now)

it worked only for 2 hours stop the itching and become again,and after couple days i start bleeding,i m dissapointed

I tried 3 diff brands to help with my anal itching. This product was the only one that helped me get relief. I like the smell too.

I've used Pranicura for about a year now. I followed the treatment directions to the T, for the first month as it claimed it won't work properly if the treatment isn't followed. I got lazy and didn't follow the treatment exactly. So it's hard to say that it doesn't work long term as i didn't follow the treatment exactly. All that being said, it works like a charm on an "as needed" basis. It's expensive but worth every penny. The original container is small but has lasted over a year. The burning sensation is difficult to handle but after about 30 min it is actually soothing....at least to me. I highly recommend this for anal itching specifically.

Pranicura has been a life saver. I've used it for a while. I wish I had heard about it earlier. More people should know about it.

Everyone's experience/healing will be different. With that said, this product brought me IMMENSE RELIEF AND HEALING after suffering for months after pregnancy/delivery and dealing with fissures. Worth every cent.

Anal fissure; (for over 6 months)

I am using this product for 2 weeks now and I got no improvement. I implement all the lifestyle rules etc..

This cream even makes things worse if you had an extremely painful toilet visit like I often have.. it will burn the fissure and create more pain which results in your anal canal becoming tighter because of the pain which will result in even more painful next toilet visit..

Don't listen to those who say use it longer... u must STOP using anything that causes pain to the fissure.. not because of the pain but because our anal channel will naturally become tighter if it experiences pain which makes it all worse
I will ask for a refund.

I have been using this for over 2 months and have seen no improvement honestly. I wish I was getting the results other people are claiming. I will continue to use it. I will say that the container does go a long way even though it is small. I am hoping it starts to work soon because it causes considerable pain upon application. Probably due to the menthol-like ingredients. So far no improvement just added pain.

You can buy the same thing on Amazon called No More Hemorrhoid for $14.99. It has the same exact ingredients. Don't fall for this rip off!

The itch and burning has definitely subsided so I highly recommend the cream. It is expensive but the best thing I've found so far. The fissures have not healed fully and so passing stools is still very painful but Dr Chung's YouTube channel is very helpful and encouraging. I recommend taking psyllium husk daily to keep the stool soft.

It definitely takes always the initial itch, but after a few hours it gets crusty. The menthol kicks good. I used to wake up from itching but not lately. I’ll probably buy another jar eventually. I just wish there were more coupons or something cause it’s a but pricey. I still bleed daily
