Owner was rude

Owner was rude, impatient, and arrogant on the phone when asked simple medical and financial questions. Glad I did my research first!

Competitors who offer same services faster and at cheaper prices:

1) HydraMed — peptides sent to your door for one flat fee. Their peptide prices are several hundred dollars cheaper and don't require lab tasting or tele-health visits.
2) EvolveTelemed — peptides are several hundred dollars cheaper. Monthly memberships range from $25/month to $149/month depending on what you are looking for.
3) Viome — $299 for a full-body intelligence test. Done from your home. I have already purchased this and am very pleased with the whole experience. They also provide supplement subscriptions based on your test results.

My experience with Performance Rejuvenation Center:

I spoke to a man on the phone who identified himself as Eric and said he was the new owner of the clinic. He had a bad attitude and gave disrespectful/unprofessional responses like "oh my god" when I asked him basic questions. It seemed that he just wanted to get me into the clinic and have me pay without answering questions first. I was very uncomfortable throughout the duration of the call.

Again, I simply asked basic medical and financial questions. I thought he was an AI call agent at first since he also kept cutting me off during my questions. There were even times I got only one or two words in (I am not exaggerating) and he immediately responded, which didn’t answer my question since he didn’t let me finish it.

I would recommend checking out the companies I mentioned above. The people on the phone were very helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. Not to mention, their services are better priced and have a quicker turnaround time, which is why I am very glad I called around and did my research first. After finding so many better options, it is clear why Eric was so quick to dismiss my phone call.
