Awesome, friendly and courteous drivers - can not fault their driver service. Top notch. However, their App is awful and does not allow you to enter or correct a basic standard UK address, and fixes by IT are not done. Disappointing. If you can't get your App to work, move over and let Uber in on the scene. At least the technology works!

Really don’t understand the poor reviews because this firm, by far, has been faultless for us. Been using them for around 8/9 months and every time, they’ve been on time and the App is great. You can see exactly where your taxi is and pre book if needed. Phoning the office is easy too. They are everything you’d want from a local taxi firm in our opinion. Thank you Streamline 😀

Just witnessed appalling driving by one of their drivers at Parley Cross shopping parade. He drove straight through a no entry and no right turn as if it didn’t matter to him . Nearly caused a major accident.If that is the calibre of drivers they employ, suggest we all go elsewhere for a taxi. It’ll be safer !!!

My daughter and granddaughter flew in from Palma on the 15/5/2025 FR5943 her flight was late in arriving. No taxis were available and had to wait 15 minutes for a taxi, the driver refused to take them through the gates and told them to get out at the gates, this made them vulnerable to walk to my home and charged £21 for incomplete service. Surely you have a tracking service for flights and you could notify your drivers in plenty of time. It is also so ridiculous that there is only one taxi service is available at Bournemouth. My daughter tried to pre book her taxi but told to see the guy on arrival. Apparently there were three flights due in at that time.
So l am truly disgusted with your service what impression does it give to visitors visiting Bournemouth for the first time.
I await for your response and sincerely l hope the taxi driver will be spoken to for his rudeness and discourteous behaviour. Total rip off,,!!!!!!!

Not impressed I booked a cab from Fawley Green to Bournemouth hospital, over the phone I paid in advance and was told it was cheaper, taxi arrived on time the driver put the meter on I said I had already paid, when we arrived at the hospital the meter said £8-10 but paid £11-00 over the phone, that is the first and the last time I will ever usa them, total rip off

We flew to Benidorm on the 8th of November and we used United taxis, the fare was £16 at 04:45 am which we thought was reasonable for that time, yesterday we came out of arrivals and saw a rank outside the airport and a guy with some yellow device booking the taxis in, I wondered why he was so chatty and friendly trying to get us into a streamline taxi, I asked him how much a 2 mile trip would be and was told they dont do fixed rates like united do, as its all metered and governed by the council etc. so we got in thinking maybe a tenner at most, the meter said £3 plus £3 so starting at £6 immediately after getting in the driver turned the meter off and it said tariff 1.
We got to hotel where we parked our car and asked how much the driver said £20, I said not a chance that was a 2 mile trip and was meant to be on the meter, he started telling me there is an airport charge of £5 and the fare was £15 which at 1pm isn't a reasonable charge, 5am yea, not 1pm!
So I said I wasn't paying that, I'll pay what I think is reasonable, he started getting a very aggressive then his card reader wouldn't get a signal anyway so I told him, you're having £10 and thats it, threw a tenner on the seat grabbed my case and put it in the car, he started swearing and shouting in the hotel car park in front of families at which point I told him if he didn't drive off things were going to go very badly for him, (I used a few different words to that, and he realised that he was going to need a few days off work if he didn't go away, but he got the message very quickly and drove off with his middle finger out of the window shouting and swearing in front of kids, (Arabic looking guy)
even while we were in the taxi he was driving whilst looking at his phone to type the destination in and other things,
Basically an absolute rip off firm, and I see from other reviews its FAR from a one off these cowboys are doing it to everyone, so hope you were happy with your tenner even though that was a bit more than I was happy to pay else hed have got the £6.80 that united charge.

Twice in a fortnight I’ve found myself in a position needing a taxi to get to work in the morning and twice been let down, despite booking well in advance. This time they didn’t blame rush hour for being 30 minutes late, they sent the driver to my destination instead of picking me up. When I called and found out they tried telling me I’d booked it the wrong way round on the app, even with the app in front of me showing that they were wrong. I think that’s what they call gaslighting.

‘To’ and ‘from’. Basic English.

Awful customer service, awful awful company.

£67 from Bournemouth Airport to Hamworthy that’s more than a train to London put £3 on the clock before we started then said there was a £5 parking charge but don’t tell you that until they drop you off. Don’t use this taxi firm.

Following an incident with one of their drivers I requested the cctv of the fare "conveniently overwritten " do not allow your sons, daughters, wives, mothers to get in one of these taxi's. Rip off

We used this firm for a recent trip to and from the airport. Excellent service. Comfortable cars, friendly drivers and safe driving.
Excellent customer service - I had to call them after we were dropped off at 1am as we believed my son had left his soft toy on the back seat. Call handler was very friendly and understanding. Called back within an hour to explain he couldn't contact the driver as he had likely signed off for the night (understandably) but then called again the next day to give an update. We really appreciated them understanding the importance of a lost teddy (he was found). Will use all the time now.

The driver picked my family up and was extremely kind and helpful when my Dad needed some extra time getting in the cab. Its the second time we've used the service and they're always prompt and efficient and very kind. The driver today who dropped us at Bournemouth hospital even let my Dad off part of the fare since he only had notes and his patience and kindness is so appreciated.

29 12 2023 I tried to book a taxi with a local firm for New Year's Day 0100hrs. Advised by the agent that the company policy was not to take bookings for New Year's Day at that time or any other peak season/ timings.
29 12 2023 I then rang PCR Streamline to book for New Year's Day 0100hrs. PCR Streamline accepted the booking.
30 12 2023 I had to amend the booking with PCR Streamline. PCR Streamline adjusted it without any problem.
01 01 2024 0100hrs PCR Streamline arrived on time and we were picked up and taken home.
Subsequently, I thought I had dropped my wallet in one of their cabs. A manager responded very quickly and sympathetically, investigated it promptly and fed back the results of his search.

Quick pick up's, on time, polite, excellent service & customer service ALWAYS. I use them 3 to 5 times a week so have a VERY good idea of how good they are.
