Nothing like the ad. Cheap and nasty, total scam. Waste of money. False advertising. Chaep plastic, threw them in the bin straight away. kicking myself i didn't read the reviews first. STEER WELL CLEAR!

I have not received my order which was placed in early Feb. Every time I contact them to ask about delivery Precious Gems gives me a case number saying they’re looking into it.

I didn't even receive them although they claim they were delivered.

Cheap poor quality and once you buy they'll ignore your emails and have no option to return items.

This place is in China not Australia. It sends customers nothing or cheap rubbish. Stay well away from this place.

This shop steals photos from actual handmade sellers on Etsy and uses as their own!

This company is a scam. We purchased earrings which arrived broken. When trying to resolve this issue they offered for us to buy the product again! No refund or returns! Trying to discuss with them further they stopped responding to emails.

Do not go anywhere near this site.

Scammers. First with shady delivery information. It came in a week but as I was scrolling through their website I saw them selling a specific ring that was exactly the same as one being sold on SHEIN for like AUD$3. Yet the one on their website was being sold on sale for like AUD.$40 such scammers. At least I only paid AUD$26 for mine but they’re thieves.

To avoid your frustration, please stay away from these criminals. They sell complete rubbish which is not worth even $5. Recently I ordered an anklet and earrings for my daughter for $80 in total and I was shocked by the quality and appearance of the delivered items. There was a significant mismatch between the photos and reality. The items were very unprofessional and poorly made, packed into plain plastic bag with no tag on it, not even sealed. The items that were advertised as silver and opals turned out to be made of cheap metal and plastic with glitter. The studs were bent, and one of them was completely defective.
I attempted to request a refund for the faulty item but had no luck. The response from their customer service team was: "We are sorry to hear that our products does not meet your standards. We will make sure that this kind of concern will be forwarded to our higher management so we can improve the quality of our products. Greetings, Susan Customer Service Team"

I believe I would have been less frustrated if they hadn't sent me anything at all.

Scam, don’t purchase from this site
Cheap plastic. Did not receive some items, other items were damaged. Have been trying to get a refund but keep getting delaying tactics. 0 stars.
