I want to thank Precision Tax for the amazing job they did with my taxes. I was behind several years, both personal and business, and they helped me file four years of returns quickly and professionally. On top of that, they worked with the IRS to consolidate what I owed and set up a manageable payment plan.

There was a lot of clutter to weed through and they made it easy. All I had to do is provide them the tax years with the issues, provide the information for those years and they sorted through it all. The end result was a clear understanding of what happened along with next steps to resolve the problem. To sum it up they brought order to the chaos with is exactly what I needed.

Excellent communication. Highly professional. All steps of my process were very clearly explained by my person, Jinney. She was incredibly efficient and consistent in keeping me up to date on my case. She would call and clearly explain things to me and what additional information she might need and follow it up with an email. My case was resolved much more favorably than if I had handled it myself. Precision Tax is worth every penny of the fee and then some.

Precision Tax was as helpful as any one could be. Signing over to them as representative to help negotiate for us ultimately eliminated our tax debt, We thought we would never get rid of the tax burden. No way we could have ever negotiated ourselves & end up with the outcome we got. Precision is a very well ran company with top notch services. I wish we would have tried them 1st. You will never find better ran tax company start to finish. We had very long trust fund business tax issues that was very delicate. thank goodness we found Precision. Jinny was the best tax pro I’ve ever worked with/seen. Very personable & patient dealing with us. I can be difficult to deal with because I’m very analytical. She was fearless dealing with the IRS. My experience with Precision has been nothing short of great,they have helped me with my serious tax problem for which I'm so humbled by the attention they put on my case,the communication and professionalism is amazing If anyone is in need of help with a tax problem you should call them they will help you from Jon,Tracey,Kay,the entire staff just caring and outstanding.

There was another woman on the case, my tax preparer, who did a pretty good job. She was thorough but very hard to reach and did miss a decently sized thing that could have saved me a good amount. But to be fair she also caught a lot that my previous accountant did not.

In the beginning, I was misquoted (in my favor) and the business owner Gene honored that agreement. I highly appreciate that too.

I had been struggling with issues with back taxes for years, I had tried refilng and working with other companies to help me with these problems and they could never just close the deal.
I happened across Precsion Tax, very helpful with explaining different types of things they would do to work through the myriad of issues i had.
They help me choose a route that was right for me, with specific details on what I needed to provide them with as far as paperwork goes.
Once everything was complete they monitored everything with the IRS.

There were other tax company options, but frankly, I was turned off by their "Der IRS-gestapo ist going to kick-nezee down der door, jah!" approach. PTR was calm, deliberate and professional.

Mr. Finocchairo was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I left a message with his office and he got back to very quickly. He listened to me explain my particular circumstances and gave me insight as to remedies and options that i had. This was very comforting considering the stressful situation I am in.
