After having my business account frozen, I didn't know who or where to turn to. I research many companies saying that they dealt with IRS issues, but upon calling the first thing out of their mouths were before they could get started they need a fee up front. Without even asking what's my situation or my name, those are the flags you don't question. You just hang up quickly before they hang you out to dry. Precision Tax Relief first of all thank me for inquiries of their practices,and without missing a beat ask how could they be of assistance to me and how did I hear about them. I explain my situation that my business account had been frozen due to non-payment of back taxes. They asked how much was I in the rear and would I like to know what it would take to become current or work together on making payments to resolve the issue. They made me feel like I was actually a part of their legal team,keeping me posted on every update. That's what I really appreciate about Precision Tax Relief.It's not about how much you owe with them it's about how much they can help you save and get you back on track. They actually look into my case for about 3 days before letting me know that if I wanted to move forward how much it would cost monthly. I was surprised at the amount of the monthly fee. Due to my outstanding back taxes I thought there was no way out,but since 2021, I can honestly say that every dollar I have spent to save my business has been wellworth every penny,four years later I have NO complaints. So before anyone ask you for a fee or even discuss your situation, make sure they have your best interests at hand. With Precision Tax Relief starting from the front desk receptionist to the Account Department and the Tax attorney's you will receive the BEST advice and HONESTY. I've agreed to continue to have them monitor my business account as long as I'm in business, because they make me feel like family instead of a customer. I receive random calls from the accounting department just to see if things are going well and if ever I'm not able to make my monthly fee on time,they adjust their calendar in order to keep me worried free. Since I'm older and not very tech savvy have only given one other review and that was over 5 years ago. So for me to leave a review means I had to be completely astonished by the company's results as well as my entire experience with them.

To help contrast this I'd like to give some examples of what I experienced as I searched for a quality tax resolution company. I'm including this so those with complex cases would have hope that there's help even for difficult situations. The first tax attorney I spoke to was a friend of my sister's he was a nice guy but his prices were not. He quoted me $4,500 down and $350 per hour. When I asked how many hours he said until it's finished. Who can afford that? So I left discouraged and without hope. After some time of searching I came across a flat tax rate settlement company and My Hope began to rise again until I called them. The price was nice but the owner was not and didn't even answer many of my questions. Even though it was only 2,800 per year as I read the reviews I found many people had waited two to three years till their cases were settled. That means though the cost was low initially it would probably be multiplied by two or three times that amount so it really wasn't a great deal after all. I did find a few other places after that but nothing was too impressive and their reviews weren't great either.

Then by the grace of God I found Precision tax relief. As I began to research PTR I was impressed by their long-term 57-year track record which is almost unheard of nowadays. In addition they also had an A+ rating with the BBB and last but not least had an average rating of 4.87 Stars that's phenomenal. I felt hopeful there might be help for me so I decided to call. Before I called I prayed that God would give me the right person that could help me to resolve my tax burdens and give me some peace of mind. I believe God answered my prayers and I had an amazing conversation with one of their Tax Consultants by the name of Mike Schulze. As I explained my situation he listened with heartfelt care and compassion you could feel. He offered me personalized Solutions to help resolve my complex tax issues. He also did a great job in explaining everything which helped relieve a lot of my cares and concerns. I loved his out of the box thinking and big picture views along with his innovative ideas. Prior to calling I had prepared eight questions but by the time he had finished explaining everything all of my questions were answered what's the chance of that? I don't think it was chance but an answer to my prayer. Mike is an amazing man with a heart of gold. His knowledge and expertise exceeded all of my expectations.

I was then assigned to one of their senior managing tax accountants by the name of Starlynn Nipp. Her first name says it all she was truly a Star that helped guide me every step along the way. Her deep knowledge and experience along with her care and empathy made me really feel at ease. I also appreciate that she took the time to answer my questions and explain everything in a way that made me feel understood and valued. I never felt like I was being rushed or that I was just a number. Starlynn always made me feel welcomed and appreciated it was like I was talking to one of my best friends.

Besides the amazing customer service she provided the company's pricing was amazing as well. They had no hidden fees or unpleasant surprises. In addition Starlynn was able to get a $10,000 plus dollar debt off my IRS transcript. The IRS wanted me to pay capital gains on it but She was able to get it removed and I wasn't charged any additional fee for that. Finally as if that wasn't enough she was able to obtain a stimulus check for me as well as refund checks on my last 3 years of tax returns. In the end I received much more back than I had paid!

There's so much more I could praise and thank them for but I had to try to shorten this review. I thank God that I found them. I believe you would be blessed to have PTR represent you to help relieve you of all your tax cares. Thanks again PTR you're the best!

I would like the owners of the company to know how well Tracy Gross has taken care of me ever since I have been a customer starting ten years ago. From the very first phone call that I made to precision she has always been so real, so so down to earth and so professional. I was a nervous wreck when I first called but she made me feel so confident that I had chosen the right place to help me through this stressful situation. I have always seen Tracy as kind of my point person when I need to call for anything. She always goes above and beyond when I ask her for advice, reminders or payments . After a very difficult situation with a personal matter, I found out that several years of returns had not been filed as I had been told and the accountant that worked with me was very helpful in getting to the bottom of the situation and helping me get my returns filed and let me know what was necessary with every step along the way. I am happy to have this mess behind me now and would recommend and use the service again. Grateful!

It is with great pleasure for me to leave a review about Precision Tax Relief. Clearly the words "Tax Relief" are the most comforting!
In December 2022 I made a frantic call to them (after reviewing numerous agencies) when I received a "disturbing" letter from our friends at the IRS!
Within minutes of my 1st contact I was COMPLETELY set at ease immediately. I couldn't believe I had waited so long to call them! At that time, I had them prepare my State and Federal taxes, and hired them as my advocate to review my past taxes for the last approximately 8 years. They arranged doable monthly payment arrangements which allowed them to take on my "case" which took the weight of the world off my shoulders from the IRS.
After speaking with so many members of the staff, I can actually say I felt they were family. They ALWAYS had my best interest in their hands and kept me informed at every avenue.
Needless to say, when my case was settled, (in my favor) I was sad our relationship was over.. BUT, not really because I will continue to have them prepare all my taxes.

Where can I start? Letters arrived from the IRS stating we owed nearly 29k in back taxes, penalties, and fees this past October. I was beside myself on what to do and who to turn to. Well, after a bit of research Precision Tax was recommended by a friend and I gave them a call, and was I thankful! Not only did they put my fears at ease they went right to work for us that very day! Just in a few days they had already responded to the IRS and took care of my situation quickly! After a few months of back and forth I got a letter from the IRS on Christmas Eve stating the misunderstanding and had my settlement dropped to around 5k! Talk about a Christmas present! I paid the settlement a few days later and we are now in the clear with our tax situation! I cannot thank Precision Tax enough for their hard work and dedication to our case! Without them I am not sure what we would have done! If you have a tax problem do yourself a favor and call them, you wont be sorry you did!

Our Precision Tax bookkeeper is just an email or phone call away when we have questions or need help with our financial records. Today a question came up with regards to connecting Quickbooks to a particular app and received an answer over the phone that was thorough, fast and resolved the problem. It is very reassuring to have their support and bookkeeping expertise when we need it, and in a timely manner!
